Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from our HQ in Ashburton, New Zealand.
Fulfilment
All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
When will my crate ship?
Each themed crate has its own release date. Preorder crates ship close to or on the release date. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order has left our warehouse.
Rural Addresses
If you're in a rural location and you don't select the rural shipping option you will be contacted via email to settle the outstanding shipping amount. Your order will be put on hold until the balance has been settled.

Small Parcels
- DLE envelopes or courier bags- A5 envelopes or courier bags
Medium Parcels
- A4 envelopes or courier bags- Small boxes
Large Parcels
- Lineflow envelopes or courier bags- Meduim to large boxes
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on destination and crate size. You'll see exact pricing at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7–15 business days
- UK/Europe: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
